We use your personal information to fulfil orders but it will not be shared with any third party. Your personal information will be held securely for our records unless you ask us to confidentially discard it.
Shipping
FREE collection from our studio or £2.95 for UK shipping. Free shipping on orders over £50. All items will be dispatched via Royal Mail 48h service. Estimated shipping time is 7-10 days, however please be aware that Royal Mail strikes may cause some delays.
Refund Policy
To Exchange / Return your item(s) please contact us at thisis-art@outlook.com
If you would like to return your item for a refund or exchange, please send the item(s) back to us within 28 days of receipt.
Before returning your items back to us, please make sure they are in the same condition as you received them. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet this requirement.
Once your returned items have been received, we will process your refund within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your exchange/refund has been processed.

Refunds - Please note the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your refund will have the original shipping costs deducted. We do not offer a free returns policy.
Exchange - If you have a requested an exchange, the replacement order will be shipped free of charge.
Any returns received after the return period of 28 days will not qualify for a refund.
